Am from Russia (Maximus V gene)

Level 7
Hi, there!

First sorry for my English. Am from Russia, Moscow city.

Can you help me with my new motherboard Asus Maximus V Gene.

There is no signal from display port =( I trust different ways to detect problem

1) I have working port in my NEC multisync P241w monitor. I use working cable - no signal
2) After that I change monitor in service center - no signal again
3) I send my V gene to Service Senter for diagnostic a problem. After waiting a month I got my board with word from service center - All working OK, have a nice day! Bring to my home - NO signal =(
4) Now I buy videocard - but I am still wanna work from display port from my CPU becouse am not gamer. Am graphic designer and power from CPU is better for my daily task.

What is the problem with signal? May be tune up somthing in BIOS?

Which cable are you using to connect to your monitor, and which monitor are you using? What is the screen resolution? Are you using an adaptor for your cable?

Please use a fat formatted USB pen drive to update your bios to 1903. Use the EZFlash2 utility in the tools section of the bios to flash your motherboard.
