AI Suite OC causing bluescreen error??

I have been working on trying to OC my CPU (intel i5 4670k) using the AI Suite 4-way optimization which auto clocks it to 4.2 from 3.4 and brings my memory to 2400mhz (8gig G-Skill Trident DDR-3). I have a H100 corsair lquid cooling system. When i ran prime95 after the tune for an hour it passed all tests however it did get a bit warm (90C at higher tests 800k). But non the less i have no issues untill i started running BF4 then twice now i have blue screen crashed. I have the Hero board with 256g SSD and HX850 Corsair PSU gold rated. Also running SLI 760s gigbyte. I am new to attempting to OC which is why i was really hoping (as many were) that this "Auto OC" would work well with my setup. Please any help would be nice because i should be able to jump my memory to its rated 2400mhz and OC to atleast 4.2 w.o a issue. And yes i know there isnt a major gain at having memory at 2400 but i stream and record gameplay as well.

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 When i checked the dmp log file it is resulting in a hal.dll driver with a hal.dll+12a3b address failure cause.

Well i was able to get a semi stable OC at 4.2 I went in and set XMP to 2399 for memory and set my multipliers to 42 but turned my memory down to 1600mhz. I was able to get in the 60s on prime95 up until the 800k iterations test then i went to 80s occasionally hitting low 90s again. But i watched it for a min hoping nothing would happen and i average in the mid to low 80s at the high stress iteration. Other lower stresss ones it was at a good temp (60c-70c). So i think im going to jsut try and run with this clock and see if it is real world stable or crashes on my while gaming. While running BF4 last night my max CPU temp was 53c on ultra settings while averaging in the 40s. btw

Well yet another BSOD error today while streaming Battlefield 4 which is weird because my max cpu temp was around 55c. Not exactly sure if its to do with the OC or not.

I just had to manually run an OC was able to get 4.2 @1.25 which is gona have to do until my i7 shows up next week. Then back to the drawing board on that one. I was mostly stable at 1.2 but had 2 crashes during heavy cpu usage for a long time so upped it a lil. Have been stable on this setup for a day now. Hoping to get atleast 4.6 outta the 4770k when it gets here. Also was finally able to configure a push/pull setup with my h100i in my In WINN Grone case so that should help a little as well.
