AI Suite III - Fan Xpert 4 not working at all - not even reinstall possible

Hello,

I am absolutely frustated atm. And I really hope to find help here.

After switching my case - I reran Fan Xpert 4's fan measuring. When it was finished this golden piece of software greyed out my CPU fan. While that was / is running at high speeds since then, I am not able to edit that fans speed at all now. It is greyed out and signed with a big "!" where the different speedlevels/steps should be shown.
A few reboots later I uninstalled all Ai related softawre - and there I am right now. I downloaded the latest version of AI Suite and it won't even let me install that piece of software. How the heck am I going to get AI suite installed properly again?!

My mainboard is a z270f gaming....

Is the version of AI Suite compatible with the Windows O/S that you are using?
Is the version of AI Suite compatible with the motherboard you are using?
You could try deleting all the garbage in the Windows Temp folder.
You could try removing all entries related to the AI Suite in the Windows' Registry.
Are you installing AI Suite as Administrator?
