Can someone tell me why when i go in High Perfomance mode, AI Suite 2 give's me these warning popup. It does only when i;m in high performance. And also it says that OPT fan 2 and 3 are on 0 rpm, how the hell ? I don't have any fan coonected on these two.
I also had the same problem but on chassis fans 1 , 2 and 3 but i dont know what i did, but now chassis fan are not showing that warning popups again only that OPT fan 1.
These problems started i think 2 or 3 weeks ago.

If u dont use opt_fan at all, you can simply disable it in bios..

If i remember correct..

The warings (in pic 2) is becouse the limit settings (in probe II)..

You dont have any fans on those sockets?

Im kinda split about this.. Due to your pop up in the right corner

On OPT 1 is an 180 mm fan on top of the case.

I already deselected the alert thing. But my question if this is normal to that. Is my motherboard bad ? Do i need to RMA it ? I dont know why it started doing these.

Nothing important, in other words..

opt_fan1 > duty 50%
opt_fan2> disable
opt_fan3_disable

In bios, im not 100% sure about the exact phrases in there.. I dont think there is something wrong with you pc, just some settings..

Yes i consider a activated socket acting like it should, without anything connected to it..

Opt_fan isa GREAT tool, if used with therm. sensors....

And if you still get a balloon pop up on opt_fan 1. Lower the limit in probe 2, or raise the duty % in bios..
