Adaptive doesnt work as intended on Hero VII

So i upgraded to 4790K from 4770K

So after got it running i gone testing OC and got solid 4.7Ghz @ 1.25 so i gone to set adaptive to 1.251 but whatever i do(BIOS reset,CMOS_CLR) its still showing up 1.283V i dont know what to do?If i set 1.3 adaptive it correctly does it.Manual is not problem becasue it shows whatever voltage i set.

Is this CPU problem because on my 4770K this isnt happening.
