A2 Code Can't Get Into BIOS

Hello,
Recently my son had an accident and literally a single drop of condensation fell into my top vent and fried my PSU. Nothing else got wet at all and I promptly shut down my system. I replaced my PSU (exact same model) leaving all cables in place, checking everything for correct fitting. After replacement and a cleaning everything seems to be in working order however I now am getting an A2 Q Code. System will not let me go to BIOS and when pressing F1 to enter setup I get nothing.
Please help folks, you're my only hope!

When you update the bios you want to rename the bios file to MVF.CAP

Did you get it working?

About to try again in just a moment. I had the file named 5 instead of V! Lol.

So I renamed the file to a v instead of a 5. It's been "flashing" for over an hour! Highly doubt that is normal, lol.

Yeah, no luck. Same message just different file name.

Ok finally got the thing to update and load BIOS. Still getting the A2 error however. Once I updated BIOS I lost video on my board but I can get video on my GPU such I hooked back up. I tried loading and saving optimized defaults, but still nothing.
