4770K OC - how to start

Hi guys,
I recently built a RIG using M6E mobo and a 4770k. I use 4x4GB Corsair dominator platinum 1866 on XMP . I read UEFI OC guide wrote by Raja but i have some problems. Back in the day when i had Rampage IV Extreme there was a topic "easy guide for overclocking" with very usefull info for beginners which worked very well (ASUS recomended LLC power phase control etc, but on hasswell it seems significantly diffrent than SB-E) . My aim is to OC at adaptive voltage mode to 4.4GHz or 4.5GHz with lowest voltage possible but i dont really know what settings should i touch at the beginning. I ve set my 4770K at 44x100 , and i was able to set it quite stable at 1.3V at LLC on Level 6 and Optimized power phase control and 1.8V input voltage. On OCCT Linpack test i get 75 C on hottest core . My question is - is there any similar topic about OCing on M6 mobos with recommended settings for 4.4 or 4.5 GHz OC ? I think 1.3 v is too much on 4.4GHz. Could someone tell me what LLC , power phase control etc should i run for those frequencies ? I would like to leave as much as i can on Auto. Basically i dont have alot of knowledge about ocing hasswell. Ane voltage lower thatn 1.3 i got random bsod from time to time... on ~1.29- ~1.295 BF4 crashed. I feel like i miss some inportant settings or maybe my LLC is wrong ??

hello izajasz, 1.3v for 4.4 GHz. is not uncommon for a 4770k cpu. It is recommended to have LLC set to medium anything higher and it starts to overvolt the cpu. Seems like you know how to overclock if you can get to 4.4 GHz. There really is no set voltage for your overclock some cpu's need more voltage than others for the same speed, you just have to give it what it needs to be stable. 75c is perfect temps it's right where you want to be when gaming for long sessions.

Thanks for the reply. It seems to be stale at 1.3v . I noticed some tiem ago that the auto input cpu voltage is too low for this vcore so it umped it up and it seems stale so far. I need to do more research ut still its a partial success.
