I have a Asus Z97 pro Gamer and somehow i managed at some point to install 2 versions have no idea how the weird thing is
the first Version is 1.00.92 installed on 21.04.15 the 2 is Version 1.00.83 installed 02.06.15 problem is it installed thermal radar 2
and only tuff boards are supported as long as i don't click thermal radar in the ai suite app all is well it runs fine BUT if i try to uninstall
the oldest version i get an error saying it can't find uninstall file from c:\programs.... and so on the normal place now i am not a total
novice have 30 years experience working with and installing maintaining and so on "don't shout at me , why did you then install 2 versions"
I like to experiment what can i say i still have no idea how and why ai suite installed a non compatible program according to the setup.ini
i looked in some of them it should not be possible.
okay that was the explanation problem is as i said installing error forced restart, when back in win 8.1 error thermal radar not supported
i thank good have a good restore program so i just roll back
But i can't upgrade to windows 10 done it on my other pc the Asus Z87 no problems when it hits 37% i get woops something happen
no error code no nothing thx ms for that had to read the files in the hidden folder and there are many and found among other things
it try's to uninstall the malfunction version and ofc can not so woops
I have tryed renaming the thermal radar folder installing ai again so i can uninstall it run cleaner but 5 way does not get installed if i rename
TR folder if i just install over i get the not supported i REALLY REALLY would like to avoid having to do a reinstall again because thx ms made
it so you have upgrade first to get free win 10 "after reading the files in the hidden folder i found out thats not true you actually get validated
when it builds image look for your self so ms is lying or what ever i found out "short version your license is checked when building image not 1 time 5 TIMES
and mine was legal then you get a win 10 license code RETAIL ONE but only for a short time its deleted again i manage to copy it before it was removed so have a
legal brand new retail win 10 code"
hmm got side tracked there
what are my options to get rid of ai and tr so i can upgrade plz dont say reinstall there must be a temp solution
so i can upgrade because now tried 8 times 37% each time woops something happen.
hope some clever guy got a dirty temp fix because i have tried all the "fixes" on the internet hope you can read this my spelling needs some improvement
