I have the ASUS GTX 690 running on an Rampage IV Extreme that supports Windows 8 Fast Boot.
I
would like to obtain a VBIOS (UEFI GOP) for this card that will support Fast Boot.

some information about availability of a UEFI GOP BIOS for this card?

Tks

I'm also very interested in UEFI GOP Bios for the ASUS GTX 690. Richard (Marshall@ASUS) promised to check already in March. Sad to say never heard anything about this subject.
To avoid repeated request from customers it would be helpful to publish the models besides GTX 680 that are planned to get this update.
Ideally all GTX 6xx cards will be invoked. 😉

thx for some response on that topic

Regards
Manfred

No one from ASUS to give some news? You pay more than $900 on a card and even information about an update that other brands are now giving you receive.

Hey guys, try this the below link, ASUS offers a tool for customer to check where the system supports UEFI or not.

https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/s/714DE1BE90584B4CA4BEB2425086A9A2Y

How the tool works:
1. Check MB BIOS
2. MB BIOS update
3. Check VGA BIOS
4. VGA BIOS update
5. Check if the OS is win 8

Currently only support below series.

NV GTX600 series
AMD HD7000 series

Hope this can help you a bit.

Hi all, tried the tool today, but what shall I say...? After starting the connection to server I'm told: "...the graphic card does not support UEFI. Please contact with ASUSTek...! It only remains for me to add...frustrating! Or doesn't belong GTX690 to NV GTX600 Series?
MB P9X79Deluxe Bios 4005 (latest)
ASUS GTX690
Win8 64bit
@sirisy: similar experience or does it actually work for you?

Let me check with my resource about this case for you. 🙂

Hello map01ch, thx for the effort.
BTW... what will happen to GTX Titan concerning UEFI Bios. Does the tool already support the Titan. Thx again for checking.

I think the Titan has "comes from the factory" with a UEFI GOP

Sandman, send your problem also on the official thread that an official of ASUS created, may help:
