Okay, here is my issue. Armoury Crate is TECHNICALLY recognizing my 5070Ti. And I can control everything about it in GPU Tweak III (Except RGB). Everything was working and then Windows crashed and now after resinstalling everything this isnt working. NOW, it shows on the devices page in AC, but when you select the image of the GPU a message appears that says, "This GPU does not have a device page." The thing is, it had one before reinstalling everything.

Okay, since I finally got it to work, here is my solution. First some background...aside from reinstalling windows. I have the GPU on a vertical mount with a 180 degree power connector. What I did was remove the GPU from the mount, remove the mount from the PC, and remove the power connector. I then installed the GPU directly to the motherboard. Shocker, this worked. Everything was recognized. Next step was to reinstall the 180 degree connector, everything still worked. Final step was reinstalling the vertical mount (I was pretty sure it was the riser cable causing the issues). After reinstalling the vertical mount, everything still worked. So, in conclusion, either the system or the hardware had a case of the dumb...or I did. Either way, it works now. Troubleshooting step 1: check the hardware.

I have now uninstalled AC and reinstalled 2x (with multiple restarts) and the issue still persists.

What you're probably thinking is that if you click on your graphics card under "Devices," you'll be taken to the AurySync page, where you can adjust the RGB settings, provided your GPU uses RGB.
If it doesn't have RGB lighting, there won't be any links to another page.
But try manually checking for updates several times via "Settings." Unfortunately, after a fresh install, a plugin for fully detecting the installed hardware is sometimes missing.

This may have been true, although it does have RGB. But, I took the long way around and got it fixed.
