TUF 5070 Ti OC - No display output at system power on/boot until windows loads (cant get into BIOS)

Having an issue my Asus TUF 5070 Ti OC...  my older Nvidia RTX 3080 works fine..

When booting my PC, i get no display/monitor signal output until windows loads. So I cant see the BIOS splash screen or get into the motherboard BIOS. Once windows starts loading my monitors turn on without issue. This is preventing me from getting into the BIOS at all. I have 2 monitors connected to the Tuf 5070 Ti OC, both using DisplayPort. I have even tried using an HDMI cable to both monitors and have the same issue so not sure what's going on. This is not the same as the "black screen issues" everyone is reporting on 5000 series Nvidia GPU's as my system has been running fine once loaded into windows. I have been able to play games, watch YouTube, browse the internet or whatever without the screens going black after windows boots, just do not get any signal to the monitors until then. I'm using Nvidia driver version 572.47, but seeing how its not outputting signal to get into the BIOS, this does not seem like a driver issue... More like a GPU vBios issue (or something).

System Specs:
Motherboard: MSI x870e Carbon Wi-Fi
CPU: 9800X3D
GPU: Asus TUF 5070 Ti OC (Again, system boots fine and outputs signal to get into BIOS with my RTX 3080)
Ram: 32gb DDR5 (Kingston Fury)
Power Supply: Corsair RM1000x
Storage: I have 3 Samsung NVMe drives (avoided using NVMe slot 2 so I'm NOT lane sharing with the GPU)
Monitors: Alienware AW3821DW (38" curved monitor) & Samsung S24E650 (24" monitor)

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, were you able to find a fix? Any assistance with what I should try or do to fix this is appreciated.

Well.. my issue is fixed.. so consider this one resolved. I spent time last night swapping cables back and forth, trying different port combinations between DP and HDMI, and after trying the same ports I had tried several times before.. (making sure primary display was plugged into DP#1 and secondary into DP#2) it just started working... Didn't make any changes in the BIOS or do anything else, so who knows.. It's still working despite multiple power on/off cycles and even unplugging the power supply for an hour so not touching them anymore lol

I got the same problem with zotac 5070 on asrock b560 pro 4 so Its general 5070 peoblem. i am not sure when it first starred but it didn't happen from the beginning when i got the new monitor and the gpu and I noticed it today and I think it got progressively worse. If i do shutdown instead of restart it works fine. If i reboot, black screen. I am using a Samsung odyssey G5 monitor with display port, other monitor with hdmi doesn't have the problem but i have the set it as primary monitor in windows settings If i set my samsung odyssey G5 it gives me black screen even tho the other monitor was plugged to DPI-1 The funny thing is that I also use linux on the same machine and when i boot into linux and then reboot it displays normally so that happens only with windows and when I reboot and not when i shutdown and then boot. Well I can go to bios and i can go to linux even tho I can navigate blindly but its supper annoying. But no matter what i tried didn't seem to get fixed

I noticed that I have the same issue if I power on my PC with my Samsung monitor on. However, if I leave my monitor off until the boot sequence is done everything works perfectly.

PC Specs:
Ryzen 9 5900x
Asus x570-e
Mushkin 64GB 3266 CL16 RAM
Asus TUF 5070ti
Corsair HX1000i PSU
Samsung Odessey G95C

For me it seemed to resolved itself without even updating drivers could be a Windows problem that got fixed with windows update because it did it both in windows 10 and a fresh installation of windows 11.
