Trouble Redeeming 1080 TI

I am having issues redeeming through the asus website. I have emailed Asus and heard nothing back so I am posting here to get the attention of an admin to sort out this debacle.

The link I am using is - https://www.asus.com/event/VGA/for-honor-or-ghost-recon-wildlands/

The problem - says the card wasn't bought during the period, however I have the receipt to prove it was. Emailing this address so far has deemed no results - rog_forum@asus.com so I am looking for some assistance and I want my redemption code so I can get 'for honor'

You will need show your full purchase receipt/invoice
then waiting to check during the period, for confirmation,if is qualified
