Sign that my GTX 470 SC is dying? RMA time?

Black Screen (No video signal), Motherboard debug code 62, VGA Q-LED on

I randomly had this happen to me while just sitting on the computer surfing the internet. I just pressed the reset button on my computer to get me back up and running and the debug light went back to normal and the VGA Q-LED went away. Does anyone what the problem can be and how I can fix it? Is my graphics card about to kick the bucket? RMA time? My rig is current in my signature.

Reference:

Debug Code 62 = Installation of the PCH Runtime Services

VGA Q-LED = Q LEDs check key components (CPU, DRAM, VGA card, and booting devices) in sequence during motherboard booting process. If an error is found, the corresponding LED will continue lighting until the problem is solved.

GTX 470 SC running stock speeds, temps are normal @ ~45c

If anyone needs any additional information to help me figure this out I will absolutely provide it to you just let me know what you need (BIOS settings, screenshots, etc.)

Thanks in advance.

It could have been a fluke. Has it happened more than once? I have an extra GT210 that I picked up for dirt cheap that I keep around just in case a card ever fails. It allows you to at least have a functioning computer until you can order a replacement.

Run a stress test for your graphic card - there are a couple that can be downloaded. http://unigine.com/products/heaven/ is quite good.

If your system duplicates the error under stress specifically aimed at your graphic card then you have a better idea of what is causing the problem.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.
