If it were due to a display-out issue, the GPU Power Detector++ LED wouldn't be blinking. This still indicates an issue with power delivery. Of course, you're welcome to simply plug in one panel and see if the behaviour persists.

I removed the Type-C to Type-C cable came with my ROG-monitor which I used for charging my phone, now problem solved. I was plugging it to the monitor and trying to charge it.😅

Hi @Arys
The red LED indicator can mean a number of things, however, they're all related to power delivery. The issue will likely be with the native 12VHPWR cable/connector or the power supply itself.
The reason why that LED flashes is as follows:
1. The 12v voltage is lower than 10.8v (Power Detection). The reason may be that the wire is aging or the contact point is abnormal.
2. Among the 12+4pin power supply, one of the pins is abnormal.
2a. A single pin exceeds the set current value of 9.2A (no balance)
2b. There is no contact or the pin is abnormally melted.

Hi there, thank you for your help. Also for the power cable I switched to use the new power cable came from my PSU, checked the pin's value while under heavy gaming, the values are all under 8A and connector shows all green. Every pin's value number is around 6-7.8A. The graphic card is still making a noticeable coil whine while playing game. For about 10-20mins gaming it will black screen again. Is there something to do with 2x 4k 240hz Monitors? I have one 27"PGUCDM connected to graphics card with DP2.1, and another one 32"PGUCDM connected to graphics card with DP1.4.
