RTX 3070 ti when hot pc not starting

Hi, after playing any graphics demanding game, I shut down my PC for a few minutes. It won't start again, I have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. The card gets never too hot, 55 to 60 C. I can play for hours with no problem.

I have tried using the CPU integrated graphics and it works fine, after a few hours of playing and shutting down the PC, it will start inmediately after, so i'm pretty sure the problem is the card, what I can't understand is that it works with no problem for hours and it doesn't get that hot.

So my specs are Windows 11 (I had the same problem with Windows 10)

i9 11900k; 32 GB 3600 RAM; RTX 3070 ti; PSU 850 W; MB ASUS Z590-E GAMING WIFI; 3 SATA SSDs and 4 NVMe 2 SSDs, capacities ranging from 500 GB to 2 TB.

Searching the Internet I haven't anyone with this issue.

Hello,

It sounds power-related. Have you checked the power connectors are fully inserted for the GPU and motherboard?

The fact that with pc shut down i touch the card from time to time, and only when it's totally cold I can start the pc again, after 30 to 40 minutes.

When it doesn't boot, is a Q-LED lit and if so which one?

Clear the CMOS and attempt to replicate. Do not enable XMP or any other form of overclocking.
