hello, I have an RTX 3070 Asus TUF OC V2, the consumption in repot is 70%, when I launch a game the consumption becomes 86% max and the GPU frequency is too low, with GPUZ in repot mode the consumption of the GPU chip power draw is 8.8w and the Board Power Draw it is at 166.6w and the GUP Voltage 0.7v, when I launch a GPU chip power draw test 28w the Board Power Draw 214w and the GUP Voltage 0.762v (the GPU does not overheat, it is normal). I performed an overclock test which is in (GPU Tweak III software provided by the manufacturer) it starts to increase the voltage of the GPU gradually, I notice that the increasing voltages are exceeded 0.762v up to 0.975v and the frequency of the GPU not from 210Mhz to 1950mhz but the general consumption remains 86% it does not reach 100% as usual.
I did all the steps new operating system, change the drivers, DDU, manufacturer's driver too.
I need your help, if anyone has had this kind of problem or a similar problem his help is welcome thank you.
