RTX 2080ti Strix OC edition black screening, stuttering and blotches

I've had this system since december and earlier this week it started black screening and 'blotches' when loading games. Ive tried multiple different nvidia drivers which make no difference

have added 2 other images, it looks like it may be the start of artifacting?

Try reseating the GPU and modular power cables as well as try in another machine if at all possible. Unfortunately, it does look as if you will need to process an RMA.

Does the problem still occur when you downclock your card?
