I hAve a Dual RTX 2080 Super in a new system with a fresh install of Windows 11. As soon as the driver is installed, the the system freezes, the screen goes black, then it restarts. I've tried several drivers released this year and they all do the same thing.
Ryzen 5500, MSI MAG B550M Mortar, Asus Dual RTX 2080 Super, BeQuiet Dark Power 12 750 W

A new symptom has emerged. Using the HDMI cable, there was a sound coming from the monitor's speaker when a notification popped up, but it was crackling. Then the screen when dark and the system rebooted. Monitor is Asus VP229Q. The frame rate is really low. Again, this only happens with drivers installed.

Ensure the card has sufficient power. Check the connections both ends if using a modular cable. If the card works in the old system, you may be best off contacting MSI.
