What place did you order from? Only place I see with pre orders in UK. They limited pre orders to UK.

I think thats the non- Oc card at best buy.

Your correct, the Bestbuy card is listed as RTX3090-24G with OC mode 1710, and Gaming mode 1680.

The Newegg card for same price is listed as RTX3090-O24G with OC mode 1890, Gaming mode 1860.

I noticed Asus lists four Strix cards, there is also RTX3090-A24G Advanced, and RTX3090-T24G Top,.. not sure about boost clocks on the Advanced, Top cards. https://videocardz.net/asus-geforce-rtx-3090-24gb-rog-strix-advanced
