Recently built a new PC with the ROG-STRIX-LC-RTX3090TI-O24G. When the machine first receives power at start up both fans on the radiator spin up. As soon as the computer posts(ROG symbol comes up) one of the two spins stops. After that even if the computer is restarted it remains stopped.
I am not sure if this is normal, like how the main GPU fan will not spin up until use/temp threshold is met, or if I have something wrong with the fan itself.
