Rog Strix GTX 1070

Hello,

I have a ROG Strix GTX 1070 and have a question.

I monitor heat sensors of the card and one is always hot.
It is heat sensor #2 that always runs hot even if not gaming.

My question is as follows, where is heat sensor 2 on the GPU?
I already replaced thermal paste twice on the card so not sure what is getting hot.
Is it the GPU's main chip or something else?

Sorry, one more thing the card has single fan and the black cover and came with old system I had if that matters.
