My 4090 rog strix runs quite cool around 62c core and 70c hotspot
My concern is this, my memory temps are upto 82-86c is this normal? I have seen online google some people have between 60-70c memory?
my case is a Corsair 4000d airflow with 6x 120mm fans

Ah ok, you have an AMD motherboard which I'm not familiar with. So, I'm not sure where this setting would be, search around in the bios and see if you come across something similar.

So I think I have found it on amd it’s called ASPM and I have tried this disabled and still the same, after testing in various benchmarks and stress test it appears timespy/timespy extreme is the one that causes it to do it the most, I have not yet managed to get it to complete the full 20 loops in the 4 times I have tried it, it freezes up at any point there’s no set loop what it does it on if that makes sense
