I have recently bought a 1080 ti and after i installed it everytime i boot up my pc i always get an error saying "vender.dll install vga drivers" when i have installed them many times and becuase of this error it wont let me change the refresh rate of my monitor. I have also tried switching the hdmi cable and installing older versions of the drivers but nothing seems to work for me.
