Hi all, i am currently playing the division, sometimes every 5 to 10 mins it crashes. drivers stopped working and recovered error.
i have done all i can find over the internet and still is having the same issue. take note that it only crashes on the division, that's it. i know this is not a card as my cards can run heaven and vallet benchmarks for hours on end with out any issues.

reinstalling drivers
disabling hd audio
disabling vsync
lower resolution and details
downclocking gpu clock and mhz
no sli or with sli
set power to maximum performance on nvidia panel

anyone has this and was able to fix this issue?

is your 5930K overclocked? The Division is actually a pretty taxing game on both the CPU and the GPU, Heaven and Valley are hardly considered stress tests, they are more just benchmark tools.

no it is not OCd. default speed, ram is in xmp settings 3000mhz cl15. gpu is OCd or underclock same results.

Use ddu to remove nvidia drivers then install the latest ones 368 something.

I had the same issue on the division. Had to clean install everything but it was the nvidia drivers.
At the moment I get crashes on it when i OC my 980ti sli over 1500 MHz. I guess it is the power that it needs together with the 5930 @4.4 with 4 cache. Because my other games don't crash with that OC. Division can handle my 1480 MHz sli but not 1504.

Hi atra.stella

Do you have GPU Tweak installed?

Try adding a little more voltage only and see if that stops the crashing, I would think your gpu's have the same voltage limit of 1.212v with the stock bios.

where shall i add in memory voltage or power target?

Open GPU Tweak and you see four red sliders

GPU Clock (MHz)
GPU Voltage (mV)
Memory Clock (MHz)
Fan Speed (%)

The GPU Voltage may be linked with the GPU Clock, unlink it and slide the GPU voltage only all the way to the far right and click apply. It should now give you a maximum voltage of 1.212v and hopefully stop the crashing.
