Subject: "Non Aura GPU" and no LED backlight
I am writing in connection with a problem I encountered with my ASUS 2080 Ti Strix Advanced graphics card. After installing the card, I noticed that the LED backlight on the card does not work, and the Aura Sync software displays the message "non Aura GPU".
I have already taken several steps to resolve this issue, including:
Updating the graphics card drivers to the latest version.
Updating the Aura Sync software.
Reinstalling the Aura Sync software after previously removing it.
Checking that the card is properly seated in the PCIe slot and that the power cables are properly connected.
Disabling other applications that manage the LED backlight (e.g. NZXT CAM).
Unfortunately, none of the above steps brought the expected results, and the problem still persists. I am asking you for help in diagnosing and solving the problem. Is it possible that the graphics card requires additional service or is there another recommendation that could solve this problem? I bought this card used and the previous owner did not have this problem.
