Noob question, please help

Hi,

This may sound stupid but we all got to start somewhere right? My GPU's specification says my memory clock is 3500mhz (DDR 7000mhz) but on GPU-Z & 3D Mark it only shows 1753mhz.

Is this correct or is my GPU broke?

Real memory speed: 1753mhz
Effective DDR memory speed: 1753x2 = 3506mhz
Effective QDR memory speed: 1753x4 = 7012mhz
