New Strix 3080 OC. Terrible Warzone performance?

I just recently upgraded my gpu from a GTX 1080 to the 3080. However, my fps in Warzone hardly increased. I went from 80 - 120 fps to 100 - 140 fps with the same settings.

My gpu usage is also only setting at around 60% in game. What's the deal? I also did not really gain any fps in Elder Scrolls Online. For the price of the card I'm pretty disappointed. Not getting near the results I'm seeing others get with same hardware.

My specs:

CPU: AMD 5800x
GPU: Asus Strix 3080 OC
Ram: 32 GB 3600mhz
MB: Asus Strix B550-F Gaming
PSU: Corsair HX 1000i

I was on windows 10 when I made the post about my issues. I Just put in windows 11. Everything is running the same from windows 10 to 11.

So fresh OS install, and no v- sync or frame limit in place.

How much utilisation do you have on the CPU while playing?!?

Looks like overall CPU utilization averages around 40%, up to 50%.

If I look at more demanding areas of the map like downtown, my GPU utilization will go up to 87% and constant drops down to 70%. Never just holds at a constant usage like other games.

Also the AMD bug was fixed with Windows 11. I notice no difference at all between 10 and 11 so far.
