Need Help Deciding ASAP! SLI DCUII 780 or DCUII 780Ti??

Hi everyone. I currently have an Asus GTX 780 DirectCU II OC in my ATX case and I am trying to decide between doing SLI or selling this one and buying a single Asus GTX 780Ti DCUII? My main concern is that there would not be enough airflow for the top card to stay cool.

Here is a picture of the inside of my case. Any help/opinions are greatly appreciated.

Hi Mercury, Nice Rig ! GTX 780 SLI will give you much better performance than a single GTX 780ti. Your PSU will be an issue if you go with two GTX 780's. One GTX 780 calls for a minmum of a 600 watt PSU with 42 amps on the +12 volt rail. If you don't want to upgrade your PSU then go with a single GTX 780ti.

What about my original question? Is cooling going to be an issue since the DCUII isn't a blower style card? Does anyone have these cards in SLI?

I never used a card with that type of cooler so I cannot say as I don't know how well they exhaust heat out of your case. If one card isn't an issue with heat, I would imagine you would be ok with two cards. I'msure you have a fan in the front of your pc drawing air in as well as the side cover. I know in the manual for the H100i says to have the fans blowing air in, you could always switch them around to exhaust the heat out.

I voted one Ti because unless you water cool the 2 in SLI you'll notice a tight fit with restricted airflow causing heat. Two with water would give better performance and may still fit close to the budget of one 780Ti.
