I felt so lucky when I managed to successfully order an ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5090, sold and shipped by Amazon. However, one of their warehouse employees decided to swap my package with a different one, and instead of the GPU, I received an ASUS 4G-AX56 router. I'm feeling incredibly frustrated and discouraged. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get another GPU again.

Hi @LordSilver
I certainly wouldn't call that "coping". I'd be equally as disheartened! What's more important, however, is that Amazon rectify the situation and at least reimburse you. Hopefully, you'll be able to get hold of one soon 👍

If Amazon wasn't going to issue a refund, I would seriously be in trouble after spending 3 grands. I wish ASUS provided the option to purchase a replacement graphics card directly from them. Given the current supply situation, getting another unit is nearly impossible.

I feel ya, got scammed(PAYPAL) for a TUF RTX3090 I paid over 2 grand for during covid, last year. I thought I had an Astral in my cart the other day but kept getting a stripe.com error 😢
