It is normal for my ROG-STRIX-RTX3070-O8G-GAMING to do this
I just realized my 3070 is doing this with fan 3 not spinning or spinning very little. Is this normal?
If I put it vertically, this doesn't happen.
It only happens horizontally.
What can you tell me? Is this normal or not?
