Is 2 x ROG POSEIDON-GTX780-P-3GD5 in sli a good configuration?

Hi all,

Is 2 x ROG POSEIDON-GTX780-P-3GD5 in sli a good configuration? Or isn't it worth the money ? Can someone give some advice please.

From what I've read The gtx 980 will be faster than the GTX780ti.

How true this is remains to be seen.

Gtx 780ti = 2880 cores
GTX 980 = 3220 cores

Have you heard this? I guess what I was reading is rumors as the specs haven't been released yet so....
