Install card 1080ti oc strix full cpu clock

After installing the new 1080 video card strix the cpu goes full load even if it is not fully loaded.
I do not know how to do it, before it went perfectly with the ati 7970 oc.
Dopo aver installato la nuova scheda video 1080 ti strix la cpu va pieno carico anche se non è a pieno carico.
Non so proprio come fare, prima andava alla perfezione con la ati 7970 oc.

no application that keeps me high, I also tried to reset the bios but nothing.
even a friend of mine with the same configuration has the same problem.

lower refresh rate keep it round 144 because these are the most known causing these weird issue i had this also

an updated monitor bass does this problem ?! strange thing, I have to change the monitor to solve the thing !!

Can you confirm you are talking about CPU clock, and not the GPU clock? By full load do you mean max clocks, too?
