000010 could not be read error after I installed my new ASUS Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 OC V2. I've tried to reformat my Computer but the error comes back the next day. I've tried numerous different fixes including DISM, SFC, and Chkdsk and removing Startup Programs in Task manager with MSConfig. I've reseated the graphics card, and I ordered a new Power Supply, so I'm going to try that. I was seeing if there are any fixes for this issue.
