hi
It seems like not artifacting, please try change different cable to link
or reinstall fresh OS to troubleshooting

These are not artifacts.
Please post up your full PC specs, what OS you are running, what Nvidia driver version etc.

I'm using a DisplayPort cable because my monitor is 144hz.
I switched for a Monster Cable HDMI 1.4 Cable (I think this is one of the best HDMI cable on the market) and the problem continues.

I already reinstall the OS (W10 and W8.1) and nothing changed.
I already reinstall the nvidia driver using DDU (safe mode).
I already changed the power cables

The curious thing is that problems only happen when i open image/videos files or when i watching or seeing a video/image on youtube or facebook.
When i playing a game, nothing appears. Everything is smooth and beautiful.

This worries me a lot.

Thank you guys, i apreciate your help.

Have you tried another monitor to see if the issues are still happening?

Do you see those lines while gaming? Also try going into the BIOS and see if they are present.

Nop! Only when i open image/video local files or when im seeing some video/photo on facebook/YT

When i playing (any game) everything is perfect! no details! BIOS the same!

weird!

Then the GPU isn't the problem. It's probably a setting inside Windows or something. I see that you own a 144Hz monitor. Have you tried lowering the refresh rate to see if those lines disappear?

I FOUND THE PROBLEM, or a part of it!!!!! (i guess).

My storage is composed by:

1) SSD 256GB - C: and D (OS and Programs)

2) HDD 1TB - E: and F: (Documents, photos, wallpapers, movies, series, etc...)

3) HDD 1TB - G: and H: (Steam, Origin and other games)

As i told, one of the problems occurs when i open local files (photo, image or video). [All this files are stored in second hd (E: and F:)]
For no reason i copied the same file to my deskop C: and VOILÁ.

Does anyone have technical knowledge to explain this???

Anyway, I still have the problem with facebook/YouTube.
