Having issues with my ASUS Strix 4090 LC 24 GB

I got an ASUS Strix 4090 LC 24 GB OC a couple of months ago and finally got the rest of the parts of a new rig to put it in a couple of weeks ago.

3 Weeks ago I put it in and it working, initially.

After a couple of days, I get Q-Code 97 on boot "VGA BIOS Loading".

I tried everything in found on the forums and on the internet to fix it

- Power off (with PSU button) and on
- Reset CMOS
- Remove all USB / HDMI and start
- Press it in
- Remove/readd power plug
- Remove power plug and boot (POST passes, but of course no graphic card recognized because no power)
- Reseat the card

Nothing really helped initially. Only thing that make me boot up again was to remove the card and the power and plug it back in after a time. Sometimes 2 or 3 reseats were required. The it worked again for a couple of days, and happens again.

I repeat the same with reseating and removing power plug, then it worked again. Today it happened again.

All temps are fine, even during benchmarks. 28-34 in idle, under 65 during gaming (cyberpunk benchmark, Raytracing Overdriver). 73°C max in Furmark 2. All good values.

Latest VBIOS applied after the first time I passed the Q-Code 97. Latest Mainboard Bios too (before installing card for the first time),

I read a lot about custom VBIOS but I dunno where to get it. The last thing I can try. I am out of ideas what's causing the issues.
