GTX980 Matrix with NVIDIA SLI Bridge

Hi.

I just got my 2*GTX 980 Matrix fro New Egg.

I just install the card and seems it does not support the NVIDIA SLI BRIDGE

Above Bridge is LED light on with GTX 780 or higher card but GTX980Matrix does not light.

Does anyone knows? Or is my cards are faulty?

Seems my cards has some problem

When I run 3dmark11 on SLI it gives me error message and can not complete the benchmark

When I run just one card it reaches 80 degree so very quickly

Please let me know if anyone knows~~~
