GTX 970 Strix Coil Whine : how to... ?

Hi Guys,
I'm here to talk about my experience with this card and to ask for help about this phenomenon I really really hate.
Coil whine.
So ,I bought a 970Strix less than a Month ago,and after 1 day of Buzzing electrical noise (only when gaming) I decided to RMA,get refunded and buy another one,I'm still waiting for it.But that's not my point.

I would to know how to test in my RIG if that Noise depends on the graphic card or it's generated by the PSU,or maybe by the mobo(not sure ,but maybe Mobo PCI-E Slots? Just thinking out loud ).
I've done so many researches ,so many test to get rid of this noise.
Corsair said me that can depend from my PSU ,but they are not sure ,because I'm using an UPS.I monitored the voltages of my PSU with Hardware Monitor and all the voltages were precise.MOBO gave me AA post code everytime ,so I think it's ok...
The Strange thing is : I Had a GTX 680 DC2 Top which got the noise after 1 Year / 8 months from my purchase.I sent the card to RMA and I was fully refunded,then I bought the strix....same thing happened.

1 Month and an Half have been passed without my lady because of refund time ,970 out of stocks etc...
My point is :
I want to test if the Noise is generated by the Graphic card itself or it depends on any other hardware on my RIG.
I hope You to help.So many posts on the Internet,It's a real jungle out there 😄

Sorry for my English
Thanks in Advance!

The second GTX 970 Arrived,already Mounted and installed;
The card does have the same buzzing electrical Noise.
So I decided to ran some tests:
-Changed pci.e power cords= the problem persists;
-Changed PCI-E slot on the MoBo=the problem persists;
-Attached directly the PSU on the Wall instead of UPS=the problem persists;
-Changed Whql drivers,doesn't work;

I have no idea what's going on here.
I'm tempted to change my PSU.
Anyone can help? Please!!

970s do have coil wine.

It's totally from the card, the rest of your PC components have nothing to do with it.

If the coil wine bothers you and want it to dissapear, buy another graphic card.

And, by the way, do not expect ASUS to bring you a solution at all. If they'll do, I'll be very very amazed.

Thanks for your reply,
I'm waiting for the new PSU to be shipped,my previous card (Asus GTX 680 DC2 Top) suffered the same buzzing electrical noise ,but, it appeared to my ears after 1 Year and 8 months.So I changed 2 of GTX 970 Strix s and the same identical buzzing noise occurred.
Yesterday I heard the PSU Closer,under stress load,and it was buzzing a little.
Not so much time ago,I got some problems on the 3.3v rail too with this PSU,so I go for the new one,and see what happens.
If the card still buzzing ,I'll change to another..

Is your buzzing noise complitly gone or you still can hear it?
