GTX 780 Poseidon platinum Voltage Problems HELP!

So i have this kinda issue that my card wont drop voltages down when idle. it keeps pushing that 1050mV and stays at 50c temperature. when it drops that voltage down to 950 and temps are on 30c after long time idle, it wont anymore push it back to 1050mV when i want play. Im desperate with this problem... my gaming temps are around 73c (full load)

Air cooled or water? Air I presume by the temps.

Sound like you have something installed/running that is keeping it locked in p2 state. Check that you turn everything, including system tray programs, off and use GPUz to monitor.

My Poseidon drops to idle state about 30 seconds after closing 3d apps.
