GTX 770 DC II OC terrible performance, Vbios or driver related!

Not sure if it's Nvidia driver problem or Asus Vbios that needs to be updated, but this problem needs to be solved ASAP.

If anyone is experiencing similar problem, just drop a comment in this thread.

I found a topic at Nvidia forums, relating the same issue I experience,
It's an old topic but the problem described is very similar, and the only solution was a Vbios update in order to use newer Nvidia drivers.
So I believe that Asus and Nvidia need to work together in this situation.
