Almost a month ago I built my gaming PC so I could be able to play Dragon Age Inquisition. The specs are as follows:
Motherboard: Maximus VII Hero CPU: i7 4790k Memory: 16GB RAM GPU: ASUS GTX 760 Mars HDD: Seagate 3TB PSU: Seasonic X-Series 750w
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (Activated)
It worked really great after the first week. But after some time, the display/graphics started getting wierd. When I played Dragon Age Inquisition around the 2nd to 3rd week, I noticed that I could see some blinking yellowish lights in the background - It was kind of faint at the time and only happened at some areas of the game. I tried googling and searching this forum but can't find any that describes my issue. 2 days ago, the problem got really bad. The blinking lights increased and became more persistent, covering the entire display in each area of the game. I also encountered problems when in the desktop or browsing where the display becomes suddenly distorted with veritcal lines of white or black (I noticed this more when I alt-tab from the game).
So far, the following are what I have tried: - I use my Sony Bravia TV as display output so I tried using my monitor as well as a different HDMI cable - Same issue. - Tried using different ports (DVI, DVI + HDMI adapter, Mini Displayport + HDMI adapter) - Nvidia GeForce Experience application installed a new driver (version 347.09) last week. Tried to perform a clean installation of the previous version (344.75) - Same issue; Also tried a clean install of the latest version but still the same. - Played around with the Manage 3D Settings in the Nvidia Control Panel - Same issue; Restored to default settings after. - Tried the Nvidia setting for Noise reduction - Same issue.
I would greatly appreciate any help or advice with this issue.
I am also attaching some screenshots taken to better describe the problem as well as a video of how Dragon Age Inquisition looks like.
Thank you in advance.

Edit Note: A friend of mine corrected me.. She saw the video and told me that the color/s of the blinking spots are a combination of red and green.
