GTX 670 / 660ti

im in the market for a new graphics card and im considering getting a GTX 670 but i was wondering if a 660ti would a better choice.
i know im going to be getting the ASUS direct CU2 model but my question is.
is it worth getting the 670 over the 660ti for my rig

Motherboard: Crosshair V formula 990fx
CPU: AMD FX-6100
Cooler: Corsair H100
Ram: 16gb Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 120gb
HDD: WD Cavier green 1TB
PSU: Antec cp-850
Case: Antec 1200

If money were not an option, the 670. I calculate maybe 10-20% faster than a 660ti.

i was thinking about more component compatibility, my main concern is that the CPU wont utilise the 670 as effectively as the 660ti
