How you find it? that your pc can't handle it can you please tell?

Hi I don’t really know much about the inner workings of computers like what will work with what’s already in the computer I’m not sure my 750W PSU can handle the RTX 3090 I’ve checked online and some say 750W is enough and some say it should be 850W or above? So I don’t want to get it just in case
