I have an Asus GeForce DUAL-RTX4060-O8G GPU and one fan keeps always running at full speed (3500rpm).
The fan ramps up straight in power up and only slows down when power is turned off. It does not matter what temperature the card is or what apps are on. This does not seem to be a software issue as the fans start in the boot (before Win has loaded) and when I tested on USB-bootable Ubuntu the fans still were running. Armory Crate, GPU Tweak, MSI Afterburner all fail to control the fans.
Is there some setting in BIOS that might affect GPU fans? Are there any known bugs / unsupported hardware that might cause this?
Win 11 / Bios 2615 / AMD Ryzen 7 7700X / Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000 MHz CL40
