Get my first TDR crash in Batman Arkham Knight - ram or GPU?

After 1 month of stable play without crashes of Batman Arkham Knight i get today my first display driver crash ( nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered ). I saw artifacts ( weird lines ) on a screen then crashed.

This is my gpu unstable or maybe new ram? I added few days ago new 16gb ram kit. Thx for suggests. But Memtest86 passed 8 hours without errors.
Also i am using new nvidia driver.

Card is Asus Strix 980 Ti ( no oc ). It can be related to card or rams?

It seems it's a game problem as batman arkham knight for pc was recalled.

only Batman crashed my gpu only once. But that was not simple crash but display driver crash. So its a hardware?
