my PC is just getting a black screen. i get a qcode error 99.
i plugged the dp cable straight into my motherboard and the PC boots.
on the other hand, i plug the GPU into my rog strix z790-e and the 3090 works fine. the PC boots.
not sure what is going on. any help is appreciated.
