I'm aware the Strix has a different cooler with the vapor chamber. My question is what is the difference in the TUF and Strix as far as the components on the pcb ? I know the Strix OC clocks higher than the TUF OC....is that only due to a different BIOS flash ? I ask all of this because I want to buy a 4090 and I can get a TUF OC 4090 for $1800 while the Strix OC is $2200....so basically....is there a $400 difference in these two gpu's other than the better cooler on the Strix and better clocking via the BIOS flash ?
