Hi, the technical support section of the website is not allowing me to send this through, so I am hoping to get a reply here 🙂
The sticker that includes the PPID number on the card is damaged and unable to be read. The serial number is on the box but the PPID is not available elsewhere. The PPID is needed to claim the copy of Batman: Arkham Knight included with the card. Is it possible to retrieve and send the PPID number to me from the serial number if I provide it?
