Cleaned GPU, temps didn't really decrease?

Hi, I don't know If i've done it right, but I did actually go over it fast, using an earbud to hold the fans.
But I'm not sure if i even got that much dust out, or i just pushed it further down my card?
I know there is a layer of dust on the top of my card currently, it's because I have to clean it inside, can't do it otherwise then, but I'm thinking removing the side someday just to get the dust off the top of my card.
Now my question is, i cleaned it when it ran at around 65 degress 1600 RPM (That's a peak temperature in Heavens on Extreme Ultra 8X 1920x1080)
and only down to like 61 degress, i feel like it haven't help, or am I just paranoid?

Hi Akiro1337

Your temps look good to me, if you want to clean your gpu it would be better to take it out of the case.

I use a vacuum with a soft bristle brush.

I know, the problem is, I'm not glad about taking the card out myself.
I had a friend installing it, all i need to know what I did if it can help me again in the long run though.
Also the 3 degress drop just isn't much, but it can also be because it's starting to get warm here.

65C peak? You are paranoid. 85-90C you have something to worry about.
