I have a Maximus X Hero (WiFi AC). Updated to latest bios.
I have a EVGA 3080 FTW3. Tried with both standard and OC profile via toggle. Both updated to latest VBIOS.
When I switched to the OC profile, Resize Bar enabled via bios, but as soon as VBIOS was updated, it refused to boot Resize Bar again.
It always comes up with the message, "The VGA card is not supported by UEFI driver."
I have CSM off, and Above 4G Decode on. System will boot like that, but not with Resize Bar On. My boot drives are not MBR.
I even reseated my card couple times.
Tried setting the pci slot to auto and gen 3.
Kinda lost on what to do ATM.

Well, nothing here worked. I have all the settings, except the rebar, because once rebar is enabled, it gives the VGA not supported by ufdi drivers. Only thing I noticed is I have above 4g enabled in the bios, but the program you linked, says it's disabled.

Hi,
If Re-Size BAR Support is disabled in your BIOS, it will never work.
If when you enable (Auto) Re-Size BAR Support, you get the error message ""The VGA card is not supported by UEFI driver." during POST, your issue is GPU VBIOS related. As advised by EVGA support on their forum : https://forums.evga.com/EVGA-GeForce-30-Series-HYBRIDXOCDefault-BIOS-Thread-m3407542.aspx, did you :
- Disable Fast Boot in your BIOS (BIOS > F7 to switch in Advanced Mode > Boot tab > Boot Configuration > Fast Boot : Disabled) before updating your GPU VBIOS (you can re-enable Fast Boot after the GPU VBIOS update is done) ?
- Disable CSM in your BIOS (BIOS > F7 to switch in Advanced Mode > Boot tab > CSM > Launch CSM : Disabled) before updating to an Re-Size BAR GPU VBIOS (and not after) ?
If your issue persists, post in the EVGA forum thread that I linked to you (https://forums.evga.com/EVGA-GeForce-30-Series-HYBRIDXOCDefault-BIOS-Thread-m3407542.aspx) and/or contact EVGA support.
