cuda cores and object details

I have an R9290 DC2OC and I'm frustrated with it's quirks so I have a question on Cuda cores. I also have a GTX780-DC2OC and have had no probs with it. The 780 comes with 2304 CUDA Cores and if I SLI two of them will I get more object detail in games...

560M doesnt auto downclock

As the title suggest my 560M doesnt want to underclock itself anymore. At idle gpu clock used to be 51, but currently its @ 100% 776MHzI uninstalled GPU Tweak which was making it 100% before, but i'm not sure why it would be doing it now. Any ideas? ...
